This document establishes the terms and conditions of use of the Brodara.ro website, as well as the conditions applicable to orders placed online. By accessing the website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions
Within this document:
- Seller / We = HYPERION TRADE SRL
- Buyer / Customer = the natural or legal person who places an order
- Site = Brodara.ro
- Products = the goods sold through the site
3. Intellectual property rights
The content of the site (texts, images, photographs, design, logo, graphic elements) is the property of HYPERION TRADE SRL or its partners and is protected by copyright legislation.
It is prohibited to copy, distribute or use the content without the written consent of the owner.
4. Products and customization
Brodara.ro sells products, especially customized products (embroidered, configured based on the customer’s preferences).
The customer is responsible for correctly providing the customization information (e.g. name, text, size, model, color).
After confirming the order, changes may only be possible to the extent that the product has not already entered the production process.
5. Placing an order
The order can be placed online on Brodara.ro.
An order is considered valid after:
- completion of the order process on the site and/or
- confirmation by e-mail / telephone (as applicable)
We reserve the right to refuse an order in situations such as:
- incomplete/incorrect customer data
- impossibility of delivery
- suspicions of fraud
- obvious price/description errors
6. Prices and invoicing
All prices displayed on Brodara.ro are expressed in RON and include VAT, if applicable according to the legislation.
The invoice can be sent electronically, by e-mail, upon request or according to the internal procedure.
7. Payment methods
Payment for products can be made through the methods available on the site (e.g. cash on delivery, card, bank transfer, payment processor, etc.), depending on the options active at the time of the order.
8. Delivery
Delivery is made by courier services and is available on the territory of Romania (and/or other areas, if applicable).
The delivery time may vary depending on:
- availability
- order volume
- production time (especially for customizations)
- time of year (holidays, campaigns)
We are committed to communicating realistic estimates and announcing any delays.
9. Return policy (personalized products)
Personalized products are exempt from the right of return according to OUG 34/2014, art. 16 lit. c, because they are made according to the customer’s specifications.
In case of a defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered product, please contact us at office@brodara.ro within a maximum of 48 hours from receiving the package.
10. Warranties
The products benefit from the guarantees provided by applicable legislation, where applicable.
We do not offer a guarantee for:
- improper use
- washing / maintenance contrary to recommendations
- damage caused by the customer
11. Liability
HYPERION TRADE SRL cannot be held responsible for:
- interruptions in the operation of the site due to technical reasons
- delays caused by couriers or force majeure situations
- errors in the information provided by the customer during customization
12. Personal data protection (GDPR)
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site.
13. Dispute resolution
Any disagreement will be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
Consumers can also use the SOL (Online Dispute Resolution) platform of the European Commission.
